Submission Rules

This Online Business Directory managed by the DiaspoCareers team is a service for website owners, webmasters and marketers to have their website reviewed for standards and inclusion if accepted in the Online Business Directory.

The DiaspoCareers reserves and retains the right, in its sole discretion, in the future, to modify, add, remove or change any or all parts of the Terms of Service Agreement at any time.

By completing the submission form and clicking the button to submit the website for consideration and review, you are representing that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are providing current, true, complete and accurate information, and you agree to the terms in this Terms of Service Agreement.

Description of Service

The directory is a fee and paid-based service for review and consideration of your website for inclusion in the directory. Inclusion to the directory is by no means guaranteed. Upon review of your website, if it is accepted, it will be subject to additional reviews on a recurring annual basis. If you selected an option requiring a recurring monthly, quarterly, semester base or annual review fee, you will be invoiced accordingly via electronic mail and payment becomes non-refundable upon remittance.

FREE LISTING or LINKS EXCHANGE

Link Exchange Terms: DiaspoCareers Admin, Management and Owners are the sole interpreters of this Website’s and Link Exchange Program’s intended and acceptable purpose, and reserve the right to refuse to link to or receive a link from any company, school, entity or site at any time we decide, without notice. We may remove an existing link on DiaspoCareers.com at any time without notice if we feel that the link partner no longer meets our quality control standard, does not share our target audience, has removed a link to DiaspoCareers.com, does not respond to our emails, or for any other reason we deem fit or necessary. The link partner agrees to notify DiaspoCareers.com if the link partner removes the link to DiaspoCareers.com for a genuine reason such as a change of web marketing strategy, new management objectives or other. The link partner agrees to comply immediately if DiaspoCareers.com requests that a link to DiaspoCareers.com be removed for whatever reason at that time.

PAID LISTING

The current annual and one time review fees for consideration of your website are posted on the submissions page of the directory and payments are non-refundable upon remittance. By submitting your website for listing or advertising space you acknowledge any fee submitted is for editorial review and consideration of your websites inclusion to the directory and does not guarantee the submitted websites inclusion to the directory. By submitting your website for review and consideration you expressly agree to pay the directory Review Fee whether or not your website is accepted or denied inclusion.

By submitting your website and paying the fee for review and consideration the DiaspoCareers online Business directory agrees that an editor will review your website, consider its inclusion to the directory and respond with notification of accepted or denied inclusion within three business days from the date of submission (this excludes delays due to unforeseen issues with processing your submission and holiday’s observed by the DiaspoCareers Online Business Directory).

If for any reason the website is denied inclusion the Applicant may request reconsideration one time within 30 days at no additional cost via an email sent to the DiaspoCareers Business Directory team at the address provided in the notification.

If you at any time need to request a change to your directory listing, including title, URL or description you should do so via your account, or for some reasons, use the directory contact form.

Minimum Criteria for Site Inclusion:
 

• Site should not already appear in the directory.
• The site should contain unique content which will be determined by our editors.
• The site should clearly define its products, services and purpose.
• Sites using pop-up or pop-under marketing may not be accepted.
• All sites are subject to annual reviews.
• Sites submitted should be in English or have an English version available with titles and description in English
• Do not submit sites designed primarily for affiliate links.
• The websites purpose, products and services should be clear
• All site links must work.
• The submitted site must be in English or have an English version available.
• Websites should support multiple browsers.
• Website should not be under construction.
• Website must be available online 24 hours a day.
• Website must not contain fraud, copyright infringement, pornography, libel, illegal content, infringe on anyone’s rights or content the DiaspoCareers directory team in its sole discretion winds offensive.

These are the minimum criteria for consideration only and are not all inclusive. Directory editors also use additional factors in review and consideration of your sites inclusion.
DiaspoCareers reserves all rights to decide how, where and if a submitted website is included in the directory. DiaspoCareers retains the right to place your sites listing in whichever category or sub-category it finds most appropriate and relevant, change or modify keywords or descriptions at any time. DiaspoCareers also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove a listing that is in non-compliance with DiaspoCareers Standards and would no longer be accepted for inclusion.

Any and all material contained on the directory including site content, graphics, articles, trademarks and any other content or components are protected by copyright laws and should not be used or reprinted in any way without the written permission of the DiaspoCareers.
