Our client is a dynamic multinational company, represented through its production companies and subsidiaries in 50 countries on four continents; one of the world’s leader in providing products, services and innovative engineering solutions in the water supply and sewage technology areas, as well as in the refrigeration and air-conditioning technology fields. Our client is a very big multinational company, producing and selling water pumps and systems - all kinds of water pumps (related only to water!). Growing fast in Africa, for its office in Angola the company now is looking for: COUNTRY SALES ENGINEER Place of work: Luanda Experience: • We need a person with technical background, technical education like Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related • Very important is the Sales experience of INDUSTRIAL GOODS (not FMCG), or coming from Construction etc. • This person will develop the brand on the local market, will make it popular, and will contact the target-clients - big construction companies, designer companies. It would be very important to have contact with the local authorities, to the decision-makers of the tenders - municipalities, water institution, and those responsible for the big projects in Angola such Ministry of water supply, or Ministry of Energy, or Ministry of Construction. • It would be very good if the person has some experience in preparing tenders... The profile: • University degree – Technical education or Economical (Commercial) education with very good technical background • 3-5-years experience in sales of industrial goods, preferably in an international company • Closely monitor and analyze changes in the market environment and safeguard the interest of the company • Strong sales and negotiations skills • Proven experience in participation in tenders • Excellent organization and managerial skills, ability to set priorities • Excellent experience in strategic development of sales/marketing, administration and reporting • Very good English (written and spoken) • Sound computer literacy The offer: • Long-term development in an international environment Excellent work conditions • Competitive and result-oriented remuneration package. • Salary is negotiable, but will be related to the local market.
